We look forward to seeing you back on campus March 30-April1 for ¡Adelante Tigres! Celebrating Latino Alumni at Princeton University! We hope to enhance the experience through a new mobile event app. The app includes schedules, locations, an attendee list, session and speaker information — all in the palm of your hand. You'll also be able to connect with fellow attendees through social media and direct messaging through the app.

To join the app, please follow the steps below using your mobile device. If you downloaded the Princeton Events app previously, please update the app to view the ¡Adelante Tigres! content (see instructions to the right).

Step 1: DOWNLOAD THE PRINCETON EVENTS APP

Click "Download iPhone/iPad App" to load Apple's App Store and download the app.'

Step 2: LOGIN TO ACCESS ADVANCED FEATURES

Once you have downloaded the app and clicked on the event, you'll be able to view schedules, maps, speakers, attendee names and social media activity. Log in to access additional features such as creating your own customized agenda, direct messaging other attendees and posting to social media.

Tap Log in to access these additional features. Enter your first and last name where prompted, then tap Next. Enter an email address where you'd like your verification email sent, then tap Next one more time.

Exit the app and open your verification email. You'll see it includes your four-digit verification code. Return to the app and enter the verification code, then tap Verify to log in to your mobile app.


Please note: By default, all attendee profiles in the app include only name and class year. If you wish, you may choose to share additional contact information with other attendees through the app's profile form. However, this information will not update your records within TigerNet or the Alumni Records office. Also, note that in order to have your social media posts show up on the Social Wall and in the Activity Feed, you will need to have your social media accounts set to Public.


Previous use of the Princeton Events app

If you downloaded the Princeton Events app for the Fall 2016 Alumni Volunteer Weekend, you will need to update the app to see the ¡Adelante Tigres! content.

  • Step 1: Access the App Store on iOS devices or the Play Store on Android.
  • Step 2: Check for updates. If you have an iOS device, tap the Updates tab and check the list to see if any updates are available for your app.
  • NOTE: For an Android device, tap the hamburger icon, then My Apps. Check to see if your app is listed under "Updates." If it is, tap its name, then Update.
