2008 Reunions Faculty-Staff Wristband Information

All faculty and staff are cordially invited to attend Reunions 2008 on Thursday, May 29 - Saturday, May 31. All alumni and all University representatives will once again be required to have wristbands identifying them as Reunions participants and allowing entrance to Reunion sites in the evening and to obtain alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Wristbands are not required for daytime activities, including the Alumni-Faculty Forums and the P-rade.

Eligibility:

• One wristband per faculty/staff member.
  
  
• Each faculty/staff member is allowed one additional guest wristband.
  
  
• Faculty/staff and guests must be 21 years of age or older- proof of age (a valid driver's license with picture) will be required.
  

Application & Fees:

• Complete the Faculty-Staff Wristband Registration form [DOC].
  
  
• Submit the form and payment to Lydia Osborne by May 19, 2008.
  
  • $30 per person (payable by check- no cash) through May 19, 2008.
  • $40 per person (payable by check- no cash) after May 19, 2008.
  • Checks should be made out to The Alumni Council.
    
    
• Please note: Telephone applications are NOT accepted.

Distribution:

• Wristbands can be picked up on May 29th,  30th, and 31st between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. IN PERSON (no exceptions) in the Parlor at Maclean House.
  
  
• Your guest MUST accompany you to receive his/her wristband.
  
  
• When picking up wristbands, faculty/staff members must present a valid University ID, a valid driver's license with age ID and picture. Guests of faculty/staff members must also present a valid driver's license with age ID and picture.
  

Please note: Entry cannot be guaranteed at all reunion sites for all evening hours (during certain class events or when a class closes its headquarters to limit attendance as a safety measure).
