2009 Reunions: Wristband Information for Interim Housing Students
The following information on wristbands is for students participating in Interim Housing through a Student Organization during Reunions 2009:

Wristband Basics for Students Participating in Interim Housing
- Wristbands are not required for you to attend daytime activities including the Alumni-Faculty Forums and the P-rade.
- Wristbands ARE required for you to attend evening events.
- Members of student organizations which have been approved by the Alumni Office to receive Interim Housing have the opportunity to purchase a wristband, so that you may attend the parties in the Reunion courtyards.
- Each student participating in Interim Housing may purchase one wristband.
- Seniors receive one free wristband for themselves: they do not need to purchase their wristband. For information on obtaining senior wristbands, please visit the Alumni web site. (Seniors are entitled to register guests but undergraduates may not.)
- You will need to provide a photo ID with proof of age in order to receive a wristband entitling you to alcohol consumption.
- Your wristband provides you with entrance to the courtyards at all times except during "class only" events.
- Wristband prices depend upon the date you register and the date your payment is received:
$40 per wristband through 5:00pm on Friday, May 15
$60 per wristband after 5:00pm on Friday, May 15 through 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26
$80 per wristband after 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26 through Saturday, May 30
- There are NO REFUNDS (cash or credit) after 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26.
Registration for Wristbands
- Students participating in Interim Housing will be sent an e-mail containing the web link for online registration. If you did not receive the e-mail or need to obtain the web link, please send email to interwb@princeton.edu.
- When you register online, you will have the option of paying by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cash. Payment by credit card is ONLY available via online registration and NOT in person at Frist Campus Center or the Alumni Office. Checks are not accepted at any locations. There is no registration by telephone.
- If you are unable to use the online form to register, you may pick up a paper registration form from the Reception Desk at the Alumni Office (Maclean House, corner of Nassau Street and Elm Drive) or request one by sending email to interwb@princeton.edu.
Wristband Policy
- Wristbands are required. (Buttons serve as nametags and souvenirs only.)
- Do not lose your wristband.
- Do not remove your wristband.
- Replacements will cost $80.00 unless you bring the entire damaged wristband with you (no exceptions). Replacements are limited to one per person.
- Wristbands are not transferable.
- There are no refunds (cash or credit) after 5:00pm on May 26.
Wristband Distribution
- To obtain your wristband, you must come in person (with photo ID and proof of age) to:
Frist Campus Center, Room 307 - CASH ONLY on these dates:
Wednesday, May 27 (12:00pm noon - 5:00pm)
Thursday, May 28 (12:00pm noon - 11:00pm)
Friday, May 29 (9:00am - 12:00am midnight)
Saturday, May 30 (5:00pm - 11:00pm)
- The deadline for online registration is 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26. After that, you must register at Frist Campus Center during the schedule above.
- To purchase your wristband by credit card, you MUST use the online form. Credit card payments are not available, at any time, at the Alumni Office or at Frist Campus Center.
- To purchase your wristband with cash, please register using the online form before 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26. To make cash payments:
- From Monday, May 11 through Tuesday, May 26: you may bring cash Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, to the Alumni Office (Maclean House, corner of Nassau Street and Elm Drive). Exact change would be greatly appreciated!
- After 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26: please pay in cash at the Frist Campus Center during the Frist schedule above.
Alcohol Policy
The University policy is designed to be consistent with the laws of the State of New Jersey and also reflects the need for mutual respect and personal responsibility within a diverse community.
University policy prohibits:
- Open containers of alcohol in common areas: for example, outside Reunion Headquarters, open campus, lounges, etc.
- Possession of alcohol by persons under the age of 21.
- Serving alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
To obtain alcoholic beverages at Reunions sites, you will need to show your adult wristband. To prevent misunderstanding, we suggest that you carry a photo ID with proof of age at all times.
