2009 Reunions: Wristband Information for Seniors and their Guests
The following information on wristbands is for Seniors (Class of 2009) and their guests:

Wristband Basics for Seniors and their Guests
- Wristbands are not required, for you or your guests, for daytime activities including the Alumni-Faculty Forums and the P-rade.
- Wristbands ARE required, for you and your guests, for evening events.
- All seniors are guests at Reunions and are welcome at all headquarters.
- Each senior is entitled to 1 free wristband for their personal use (not transferable).
- Your wristband provides you with entrance to the courtyards at all times except during "class only" events.
- Each senior may bring up to 5 guests. Wristbands must be purchased for guests, including family members and friends. (For example, if you are bringing both parents and a friend, you must purchase 3 guest wristbands.)
- Prices for guest wristbands depend upon the date you register and the date your payment is received:
$40 per wristband through 5:00pm on Friday, May 15
$60 per wristband after 5:00pm on Friday, May 15 through 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26
$80 per wristband after 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26 through Saturday, May 30
- There are NO REFUNDS (cash or credit) after 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26.
- To obtain their wristbands, your guests must provide photo ID with proof of age.
Registering Guests for Wristbands
- Seniors who are NOT bringing guests do not need to register online.
You may obtain your (free) wristband by visiting Frist Campus Center during the hours below.
- Seniors who ARE bringing guests must register their guests online.
Seniors will be sent an e-mail containing the web link for online registration. If you did not receive the e-mail or need to obtain the web link, please send email to seniorwb@princeton.edu.
- When you register your guests online, you will have the option of paying by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cash. Payment by credit card is ONLY available via online registration and NOT in person at Frist Campus Center or the Alumni Office. Checks are not accepted at any locations. There is no registration by telephone.
- Registering additional guests: If you use the online form to register some guests and afterwards would like to register more guests (maximum 5 guests per senior), just use a new online registration form to register your additional guests. (You will need to supply your own information again when you register your additional guests.) You do not need to re-register any previously registered guests. You may use either method of payment (credit card or cash) to register your additional guests.
- If you are unable to use the online form to register your guests, you may pick up a paper registration form from the Reception Desk at the Alumni Office (Maclean House, corner of Nassau Street and Elm Drive) or request one by sending email to seniorwb@princeton.edu.
Wristband Policy
- Wristbands are required. (Buttons serve as nametags and souvenirs only.)
- Do not lose your wristband.
- Do not remove your wristband.
- Replacements will cost $80.00 unless you bring the entire damaged wristband with you (no exceptions). Replacements are limited to one per person.
- Wristbands are not transferable.
- There are no refunds (cash or credit) after 5:00pm on May 26.
- When you register your guests, you will be asked for each guest's name as it appears on his/her driver's license and whether the guest is 21 years of age as of May 27, 2009, so that an adult or minor wristband may be reserved for them.
- Guests do not need to accompany you at the time you make payment for them, but your guest must provide photo ID and proof of age to pick up his/her wristband. You do not need to come with your guest(s) to wristband distribution.
Wristband Distribution
- To obtain their wristbands, seniors must come in person with photo ID and proof of age.
- Seniors and guests do not need to visit Frist together in order for guests to obtain their wristbands. However, guests must have photo ID and proof of age.
- Frist Campus Center, Room 307 - CASH ONLY on these dates:
Wednesday, May 27 (12:00pm noon - 5:00pm)
Thursday, May 28 (12:00pm noon - 11:00pm)
Friday, May 29 (9:00am - 12:00am midnight)
Saturday, May 30 (5:00pm - 11:00pm)
- The deadline for registering your guests online is 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26. After that, you must register your guests at Frist Campus Center during the schedule above.
- To purchase guest wristbands by credit card, you MUST use the online form. Credit card payments are not available, at any time, at the Alumni Office or at Frist Campus Center.
- To purchase guest wristbands with cash, please register your guests using the online registration form before 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26. To make cash payments:
- From Monday, May 11 through Tuesday, May 26: you may bring cash Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, to the Alumni Office (Maclean House, corner of Nassau Street and Elm Drive). Exact change would be greatly appreciated!
- After 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 26: please pay in cash at the Frist Campus Center during the Frist schedule above.
Alcohol Policy
The University policy is designed to be consistent with the laws of the State of New Jersey and also reflects the need for mutual respect and personal responsibility within a diverse community.
University policy prohibits:
- Open containers of alcohol in common areas: for example, outside Reunion Headquarters, open campus, lounges, etc.
- Possession of alcohol by persons under the age of 21.
- Serving alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
To obtain alcoholic beverages at Reunions sites, you and your guest(s) will need to show your adult wristbands. To prevent misunderstanding, we suggest that you and your guest(s) carry a photo ID with proof of age at all times.
