2009 Reunions: Wristband Information for Faculty and Staff

All faculty and staff are cordially invited to attend Reunions 2009 on Thursday, May 28 - Saturday, May 30. All alumni and all University representatives will once again be required to have wristbands identifying them as Reunions participants and allowing entrance to Reunion sites in the evening and to obtain alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Eligibility:

• Wristbands are not required for you or your guest to attend daytime activities including the Alumni-Faculty Forums and the P-rade.

• Wristbands ARE required for you and your guest to attend evening events.

• One wristband per faculty/staff member.
   
• Each faculty/staff member may purchase one additional wristband for a guest.

• Faculty/staff members and their guests must be 21 years of age as of May 27, 2009 to obtain a wristband. To obtain your wristband, a University ID and valid driver's license with picture are required.

• Guests must be present with you at wristband pick-up and must present a valid driver's license with picture. 

Registration & Fees:

• Faculty and staff will be sent an e-mail containing a web link for online registration. If you did not receive the e-mail or need to obtain the web link, please contact the Alumni Office by sending email to staffwb@princeton.edu.

• Please use the online form to register. You will have the option of paying by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), check or cash. Checks should be made payable to The Alumni Council.

• Credit cards are only accepted via the online registration form. Credit cards are not accepted at Maclean House (only checks and cash). Checks and cash may be brought to the Alumni Office at Maclean House, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm through Tuesday, May 26. You may also pay when you come to Maclean House to pick up your wristband(s) on the dates and hours posted below. Wristbands are not available prior to Wednesday, May 27.

• We would be grateful if you would use the online form to register, regardless of your method of payment. However, if you are unable to register using the online form, you may pick up a paper registration form from the Reception Desk at the Alumni Office (Maclean House) or send email to staffwb@princeton.edu to request that a form be emailed to you. 

• To obtain the lowest pricing, please register by Monday, May 18. After May 18, prices for faculty, staff and their guests increase from $30 per person to $40 per person.

• The deadline for online registration is 5pm on Tuesday, May 26. After that, you may register in person at Maclean House.

PLEASE NOTE: Telephone applications are NOT accepted.

Distribution:

• Wristbands may be picked up at the Alumni Office (Maclean House, corner of Elm Drive and Nassau Street) on May 27, 28, 29 or 30 during the following hours:
  
  Wednesday, May 27: 1pm-5pm
  Thursday, May 28: 1pm-5pm and 7pm-11pm
  Friday, May 29: 7pm-11pm
  Saturday, May 30: 7pm-11pm

• Wristbands may only be picked up in person (no exceptions).

• Your guest MUST accompany you to receive his/her wristband.

• When picking up wristbands, faculty/staff members must present a valid University ID, a valid driver's license with age ID and picture. Guests of faculty/staff members must also present a valid driver's license with age ID and picture.

PLEASE NOTE: Entry cannot be guaranteed at all Reunions sites for all evening hours (during certain class events or when a class closes its headquarters to limit attendance as a safety measure).
