• Contacting the TigerNet Help Desk
  In order to ensure that your question or concern is addressed as promptly as possible, please use the Contact the TigerNet Help Desk form.

• New Discussion Group Disciplinary Procedures
  New discussion group disciplinary procedures have been established identify discussion group etiquette infractions and take disciplinary action.
  

• The New TigerNet is Here! (8/26/09)
  Alumni may use their existing TigerNet account NetIDs and passwords to access the Alumni Directory, Discussion Groups and new features in the upgraded TigerNet—all behind the enhanced security of a new log-in protocol through the TigerNet Authentication Service (TAS).

• New Log-in to Take Effect with Upgrade (7/17/09)
  Concurrent with the upgrade, the University is introducing a new TigerNet log-in process through University-based TigerNet Authentication Services (TAS).

• New Discussion Group Etiquette Guidelines
  The Alumni Council’s volunteer Technology Advisory Committee has drawn up guidelines for participants in TigerNet discussion groups.
