Class Reunions Awards

The following Reunions awards were presented at the Alumni Council's Annual Reunion Lunch on Friday, May 29, 2009.

Class Dues Awards

Class Dues Award Recipients for Fiscal Year 2008-2009:

1932 Plaque Recipient:
Class of 1964 with 62%
For the highest percentage of dues payers in a class more than 25 but less than 50 years out of Princeton.
1941 Plaque Recipient:
Class of 2003 with 39%
For the highest percentage of dues payers in a class more than one but less than 25 years out of Princeton.

Senior Alumni Dues Awards

Senior Alumni Dues Award Recipient for Fiscal Year 2008-2009:

Class of 1942 with 73.9%
The 1942 Senior Dues Participation Award is give to the class more than 50 years out of Princeton, whose class roll as of the start of the fiscal year (July 1) is 100 or more and which by May 1 has attained the highest percentage of dues payers.

 

Young Alumni Awards

Young Alumni Award Recipients of the 1932 Trophy for Fiscal Year 2007-2008:
Class of 2007

For the class less than 1 years out which has had the most complete program of communication, activities and dues participation.

Class Attendance Awards

Class Attendance Awards for Fiscal Year 2007-2008:

1898 Trophy Recipient:
Class of 1950 with 11.9% at a luncheon at Princeton Club of New York
For the largest percentage of membership attending any gathering during the year between Reunions.
1928 Trophy Recipient:
Class of 2007 with 85 Classmates, National Pub Night, New York City
For the largest number of its members attending any gathering outside of Princeton during the year between Reunions.

 

Reunion Awards

Reunion Awards for Reunions 2008:

1912 Trophy Recipient:
Class of 1953 with 31%
For the class, more than 50 years out of Princeton, with at least 10 members on its class rolls, having the highest percentage of members registered at Reunions.  

1921 Plaque Recipient:
Class of 2003 with 715 classmates
For the largest number present at a major reunion.

 1901 Cup Recipient:
Class of 2003 with 63%
For the largest percentage of attendance at a major Reunion.

1894 Bowl Recipient:
Class of 2007 with 54.9%
For the largest percentage of attendance at an off-year Reunion.

1915 Cup Recipient:
Class of 2007 with 661 classmates
For the largest number present at an off-year Reunion.

The Class of 1947 James Scott Clancy Memorial Reunion Trophy Recipient:
Class of 1988 for their 20th Reunion
For the best planned and run major Reunion.  

The Class of 1945 P-rade Trophy Recipient:
Class of 1963 for their 45th Reunion
For the most enterprising P-rade entry    

The Class of 1959 Reunion Challenge Trophy Recipient:
Class of 1983 with 1538 in attendance
For overall attendance "25th Year Class" of alumni, registered family members and guests. Awarded only if the previous record is surpassed. The prior record of 1509 was set by the Class of 1980 in 2005.


The Alumni Council Committee on Reunions Award for Innovation Recipients:
Class of 1958 for their 50th Reunion
Class of 1993 for their 15th Reunion
For particular innovation that expanded the dimension of Reunions and was not otherwise recognized.
