About the Journey

Tigers of all ages are invited to join this action-packed weekend in upstate New York.

Enjoy a range of organized and on-your-own activities, appropriate for any age, during a three-night, four-day stay at a historic retreat center on the shores of Lake George. Camp activities include the use of canoes, kayaks, and sailboats; magnificent hikes, lake swimming, morning yoga, pickleball, tennis, basketball, rock climbing, archery, crafts, a campfire, music, and lots more. A special Princeton guest speaker will also join the weekend to provide academic content— a hallmark of any Princeton Journey.

Accommodations

Princeton Family Summer Camp will take place at Silver Bay YMCA Conference and Family Retreat Center. Silver Bay has been in operation since 1902 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The YMCA campus is located in the hamlet of Silver Bay, New York, United States.
Our Princeton group will have exclusive residential use of the new William Boyd Center located in the heart of campus overlooking Lake George. The William Boyd Center boasts 22 air-conditioned guest rooms, most with balconies. To learn more, check out this informative video. Please note: there will be other guests staying at the Silver Bay Campus during this time.

* Alcohol Policy: Princeton Journeys has obtained permission to serve beer and wine at daily happy hours and at our welcome and farewell dinners. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by guests at Silver Bay outside of these special events is limited to within guest rooms.
