During the L'Chaim! Conference for Princeton's Jewish alumni, Professor Spergel presents a lecture in celebration of two anniversaries from 1915: the beginning of organized Jewish life at Princeton, and the submission of Einstein's paper on the theory of general relativity. Tracing the thread relativity through the 20th Century, Professor Spergel focuses on three key contributors to the theory: black holes, expanding universe, and gravitational waves.
