Angus Deaton book talk: ‘Economics in America: An Immigrant Economist Explores the Land of Inequality’
Professor Sir Angus Deaton will speak about his latest book, which offers personal insights into his life and candid reflections on the field of economics. Deaton is the Dwight D. Eisenhower Professor of Economics and International Affairs, Emeritus and Senior Scholar, Princeton University; and Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences laureate.
Following initial remarks, Deaton will be in conversation with Julian Zelizer, Malcolm Stevenson Forbes, Class of 1941 Professor of History and Public Affairs; moderated by Ilyana Kuziemko, Theodore A. Wells ’29 Professor of Economics.
