Know Before You Go
Alumni Day registration is now closed, and pre-registration was required. For inquiries, please contact Alumni Engagement at eventmgr@princeton.edu.
Check-in: Please check in and pick up your lanyard when you arrive on campus. Hours for check-in are:
Friday, Feb. 20: 1-4 p.m. Nassau Presbyterian Church, 61 Nassau St. (next to Maclean House)
Saturday, Feb. 21: 8-10:15 a.m. Nassau Presbyterian Church; 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Jadwin Gymnasium lobby
Doors of Alexander Hall will open at 8:30 a.m. For the morning program in Richardson Auditorium, seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that backpacks and luggage will not be allowed in Richardson Auditorium in Alexander Hall.
Parking: Free on-campus parking is available in the Theater Drive Garage, adjacent to Princeton Station/Wawa, or in the Stadium Drive Garage, near Jadwin Gym. Pre-registration for on-campus parking is required.
Saturday shuttle service:
Princeton Junction: From 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., you may catch shuttle service from Princeton Junction to check-in at the Nassau Presbyterian Church. After 9:30, please use the Dinky train from Princeton Junction to the Princeton Station at Wawa.
On campus: Alumni Day shuttles will run in continuous loops:
- Theater Drive Garage (Princeton Station at Wawa) to Nassau Presbyterian Church, 8-11 a.m.
- Stadium Drive Garage to Nassau Presbyterian Church, 8-11 a.m.
- Richardson Auditorium to Jadwin Gymnasium, 11:30 a.m.-noon
- Theater Drive Garage to Jadwin Gymnasium, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Jadwin Gymnasium to Nassau Street at Rivers Way (between Chancellor Green and Firestone Library), 1:30-2 p.m.
- Nassau Street at Rivers Way to Theater Drive Garage and Stadium Drive Garage, 1:30-6 p.m.
Getting around campus: The Alumni Day campus map highlights key locations for the day’s activities. Review information on TigerTransit bus routes and schedules. The Princeton Campus Map app (download for Android or iOS by clicking here) gives live, turn-by-turn directions to points on campus. Select a walking, biking or transit route. An accessibility feature can generate a route that avoids steps or steep slopes.

Celebrate Kevin Gover ’78, under secretary for museums and culture at the Smithsonian, with this year’s Woodrow Wilson Award; and this year’s James Madison Medal winner, Terence Tao *96, professor of mathematics and the James and Carol Collins Chair in the College of Letters and Sciences at the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA); as well as the honorees of the undergraduate Pyne Prize and the graduate Jacobus Fellowship.

The University’s annual memorial service invites family and friends to remember with honor and affection those Princetonians — alumni, students, faculty and staff — whose deaths were recorded during the prior calendar year. 4:00 p.m. Princeton Research Day – Undergraduate Edition
Princeton Research Day celebrates and explores the research and creative work taking place on campus. In an informative and relatable way, undergraduate researchers and creators will share their projects through in-person poster presentations. Some students will also share demos, exhibits or excerpted performances. During the program, attendees vote for their favorite presentation, and the top presentations will be awarded cash prizes (to be announced after the event). “Living Forever: The Archive of The Great Gatsby” Learn more
Through large-scale reproductions, a variety of items that trace the creation, reception, and impact of “The Great Gatsby” around the world are featured. Included are copies of the earliest surviving draft of the novel with edits by Maxwell Perkins, covers of the book from foreign editions, and borrower cards from Sylvia Beach’s bookshop and lending library, Shakespeare and Co. Open Saturday, 8:00 AM-11:00 PM. The Tiger Tea Room space is open, but the cafe does not offer service on Saturdays.

Fashion, Feminism, and Fear: Clothing and Power in the 19th Century Learn more
The exhibition features late 19th and early 20th century cartoons satirizing women’s fashion at a time when the “New Woman” began to wear pants and enter traditionally masculine spheres. Open through April 2026. Open Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:45 PM. Mudd Manuscript Library is closed on the weekends.

“Powering Up the U.S. Labor Force: Women in Industry During World War II (1940-1945)” Learn more
Helen Baker developed an unparalleled collection of industrial relations material at Princeton University Library. Baker joined the Industrial Relations Section in 1930 as the Section’s first librarian and research assistant, and became the first woman to achieve the rank of associate professor at Princeton in 1948. Through this exhibition of select materials from the industrial relations collection and research by Helen Baker, we witness the intersection of opportunities for women - in the American economy and within the field of economics.
