Breakfast talk and curated Art Basel tour

On Saturday, Dec. 3 at 8:30 a.m., join fellow Princetonians at Café Americano Collins Avenue (1776 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach) for breakfast and a talk by Princeton Professor Jeff Whetstone on River of Earth, about his representations of landscape and environmental portraiture.

Professor Whetstone will then lead the group on a tour of his personal favorites at Art Basel in the Miami Beach Convention Center. Whetstone is an award-winning photographer who received a Guggenheim Fellowship in 2007. His work is in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Professor Whetstone joined the Princeton faculty as professor of photography in 2015 and was appointed director of the Visual Arts Program in 2021.
