To promote a successful volunteer experience, we must raise the visibility of volunteer opportunities, clarify the expectations of volunteers and ensure that volunteer opportunities are accessible to all. We must provide guidance to facilitate the continual growth of those who volunteer, through mentoring to promote their development and to deepen their engagement in the Princeton community. We strive for all alumni to have a lifetime of volunteering opportunities by meeting volunteers where they are in their volunteer and life pathways.
