Constitution Day Lecture: ‘Free Speech on Campus’
Cass R. Sunstein is the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard and director of the Program on Behavioral Economics and Public Policy at Harvard Law School. He also chairs the World Health Organization's technical advisory group on Behavioural Insights and Sciences for Health. Previously, he served as administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Sunstein has advised officials at the United Nations, the European Commission and the World Bank on issues of law and public policy and written many articles and books, including “Simpler: The Future of Government” and the forthcoming “Campus Free Speech: A Pocket Guide.”
