Constitution Day Panel: ‘Previewing the Supreme Court Term’

As part of the School of Public and International Affair’s Constitution Day event series, the Program in Law & Public Policy (P*LAW) is hosting a panel preview of the 2024-25 Supreme Court Term. The New York Times’ Adam Liptak, the Wall Street Journal’s Jess Bravin, Pro Publica’s Joshua Kaplan, and constitutional scholar Kate Shaw, co-host of the podcast Strict Scrutiny, will briefly look back at the court’s recent term, ahead at what’s to come and broadly at the changing role of the Court in American life. P*LAW Director Deborah Pearlstein will moderate the panel. Lunch will be provided.

Registration is required.
