Live Music Meditation: Raphaël Feuillâtre, Guitar
Listen to music viscerally while meditating to the playing of guitarist Raphaël Feuillâtre, guided by Matthew Weiner, associate dean in the Princeton University Office of Religious Life. This is a free, unticketed opportunity to indulge in attentive, focused and mindful listening. No prior experience with meditation is necessary. Although the event officially begins at 13:30, doors to the hall will open and meditation instruction will begin at noon. Attendees may bring floor seating (mats, cushions). Capacity is limited.
Hailed as the new face of classical guitar worldwide, Raphaël Feuillâtre fascinates audiences and critics alike with the depth of his interpretations, his dazzling virtuosity and the richness of his repertoire. He also will perform in the evening as part of the Performances Up Close series at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., with audience seated onstage. Information about those events is here.
